Cladwell is a fashion and technology company that guides its customers towards a lifestyle of living intentionally with your clothing and practicing conscious buying habits. Over the course of my 3+ years working with Cladwell, both as an intern and later a full time employee, I had my hands in building and designing three separate products that brought the company from only about 600 monthly users to just under 14,000 monthly users and 1 Million ARR.
CARNEGIE THEATER • 20015-20016
The Carnegie Theater is a multidisciplinary arts venue located in Northern Kentucky. Their theater department puts on four professional theater productions every season; a mix of both musicals and plays. I have worked with the Carnegie on two different productions during their 2015-2016 season as the costume designer; curating, designing, and producing all the necessary costume garments and costume props for the production.

Updated thread colors to match new seasons palates, assisted in research for seasonal trend reports, organized presentation boards and photographed samples for department meetings, mocked up clothing samples, participated in trend shopping, created digital sketches for tech packs.

SKL is a leader in the bathroom decor company, with their business headquarters and factory located in Cincinnati. Working as a design intern I had the chance to design multiple children's bathroom rugs & accessories to match pre-existing shower curtains. I was able to follow these products from conception all the way through to production. I attended all design meetings, continually updated and maintained market book of company’s products, and tracked all current samples as they moved through the production process.

Maintained production tracking charts, organized archives of all current and past samples, prepared samples for consumer testing and tracked all consumer testing reports, prepared and packaged final production samples to be sent out to customers, assisted in readying samples for presentations.

Created and modified tech packs, measured garment samples, attended fit sessions, checked over construction of garment samples, typed up fit comments and sent them out to respective vendors, helped with shrinkage tests and wear tests, created charts to organize sample measurements and specs.
